Larkspur Ventures LLC ("Larkspur," "we," "us," or "our") provides SMS text messaging services to facilitate communication between home service contractors and their customers. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Larkspur or any contractor using the Larkspur platform, you agree to the following terms.
Larkspur provides an AI-powered assistant that helps home service contractors manage customer communications. When you text a contractor's Larkspur-powered phone number or opt in to receive messages, you may receive:
Some messages you receive may be generated by an AI assistant. The AI assistant will identify itself as such in initial communications. The AI assistant helps contractors respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide service information. At any time, the contractor may take over the conversation directly.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service. You may receive multiple messages related to appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Typically, you can expect:
By initiating a text message to a Larkspur-powered phone number, responding to a prompt to receive text messages, or otherwise providing your consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Larkspur and/or the contractor whose services you are inquiring about.
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future SMS messages from that contractor. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.

Larkspur does not charge you for receiving SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Our SMS services are compatible with most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and any information you provide via SMS will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
